  一、制定計劃,繁而不亂。

  每天到班五次,考勤、紀(jì)律管理、大掃除、衛(wèi)生檢查活動、大禮堂活動、主題班會活動,遠(yuǎn)足活動。制定詳盡的安排。

  二、一視同仁,情系學(xué)生。

  實習(xí)班主任,前期兩個星期,努力記住了每一位學(xué)生的名字和面龐。讓他們知道老師關(guān)注他們、關(guān)心他們,為后期班主任實習(xí)工作的展開帶來了很大的便利。尊重欣賞每一位學(xué)生,實習(xí)班級很多學(xué)生有特長,如跳舞、繪畫、朗誦,樂于發(fā)現(xiàn)他們身上的閃光點(diǎn)。急學(xué)生所急,難學(xué)生所難。月考、期中考試、文理分科、日常學(xué)習(xí)和生活中為學(xué)生排憂解難。

  三、為人師表,以身作則。

  教學(xué)研究:這三個月中,我留心觀察了本班學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的情況,并通過問卷調(diào)查和與學(xué)生交流的方式收集到了一些數(shù)據(jù)和信息。我打算從學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)自主性方面來探討當(dāng)今中學(xué)教育中的一大難題

  以上就是自己對于這三個月的實習(xí)生活所做的總結(jié)。提高了自己英語教學(xué)能力的同時,與很多同學(xué)成為了好朋友。最大的體會是“紙上得來終覺淺,絕知此事要躬行”三個月的實習(xí)只是一個學(xué)校到社會的過渡期。真正的英語教學(xué)和班主任工作是需要在不斷的實踐中總結(jié)經(jīng)驗,改進(jìn)方法,一步步慢慢探索。任重而道遠(yuǎn),認(rèn)真實踐,虛心求教。

As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.   Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give purpose to life. Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of stress, is essential for a healthy mind and body.

  Personally, I’m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible to avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. In my opinion, it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor performance and ill health.

  grade "inflation"

  from the graphs, we can see that grades have been rising rapidly. it can well be said that there is a grade "inflatiou."

  take, for eample, the stone mountain jr. college. in the fall semester of 1968, 16% of the students taking the eams received a's. however, in 1978, within ten years, the percentage went up by 13%. twenty nine percent of the students received a's. as for the b grade studems, in 1968, the percentage was 31%. ten years later, the percentage dropped to 26%. there was a 5% decrease, or rather, the students' grades rose by 5 %.

  now let us have a look at the third graph, which shows that in 1968 37% of the eaminees received c's while in 1978 the ratio fell to 21%. in other words, there was a 16% rise in grades.

  and in the forth graph, we can see that 8% of the students received d's. in 1978 only 4% of the eaminees are d grade students. that means the grades doubled within ten years as compared to that of 1968.

  the grade "inflation" puts me upon thinking whether students are working harder than ever or the teachers are being. lenient or cheating is on the rise. i hope for the beat.
