Next we expressed our thands to our parents who brought us up and to our teachers for their education. Then our teachers gave us cards with good wishes. Finally, we had wonderful performances. I learned a lot from the activity. I am sure the ceremony is very important for us. From then on we will know our responsibilities as grown-ups.

But， in recent years， with the development of the world， many different attitudes between the young and the old towards the spring festival come forth. When I am a childhood， I celebrated the spring festival with my family about a month in my winter vacation in traditional way， such as helping cleaning our houses， putting red couplets on gates， setting off firecrackers， and wear new clothes. Now， I spend only 4 or 5 days at home with my parents in celebrating the spring festival， then I will hurry back to work. Maybe in the near future， I will have no time celebrating spring festival hometown， and my parents have to come to stay with us in the city.
Whether or no， I like the spring festival. It is one of the most important part of our Chinese culture. However busy I am， I will try my best to celebrating it with the traditional way to protect those our ancestor has leave behind.

讓我們苦苦等待英語晚會終于到來了，那天晚上，我們早早地用好晚餐，快步流星地來到教室。英語晚開始了，我們同學(xué)們都把自己帶的零食發(fā)好，接著就打開電視觀看表演，看完，就開始班級表演。同學(xué)們一邊帶著圣誕帽津津有味地吃著零食，一邊欣賞同學(xué)表演的節(jié)目，真是不亦樂乎。第一個節(jié)目是唱歌，表演完后，掌聲一陣陣響起來，下一組是我表演課本劇，表演完，只聽一陣掌聲，我懸著的心終于放下了。后面幾組表演完后開始玩游戲，接著又開始。過了一會兒，“圣誕老人”來了，全體同學(xué)都擁了過去，全班立即沸騰起來。
