On StudentsInterpersonal Relationship Positive interpersonal relationships are vital for optimal humsit growth and development. However, in recent years, educators have expressed their concern about the ability of interpersonal relationship among students in institutions of higher education. According to a survey conducted by Hebei University, many college-age students regard interpersonal relationship as the biggest headache. Increasing diversity and rapid changes m our society make interacting with others more and more complex and difficult. With 1 united life experiences and social skills, college students face more challenges in dealing with interpersonal relationship. This is especially true for students coming from rural areas. Because of the lack of social skills, they are often rejected by others _ and rejection gives them even fewer chances to leam how to interact with others.

In my opinion, now that interpersonal relationship is important to students devclopmentj colleges should offer courses about comprehensive interpersonal relationships. The course should address the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors involved in participating in positive relationships in the family and with individuals at school, m the conununity and in the workplace.

Job-hopping

Currently, the frequent job-hopping of graduates has aroused wide concern among the public. Does anyone hold the same attitude toward this phenomenon? Definitely not. As to this issue, opinions vary from person to person.

Those who hold the opinion that job-hopping is beneficial to graduates claim that by doing so, the youngsters are more likely to (更有可能)have a better knowledge of (更了解)other fields and then to expand their horizons(開闊視野). Moreover, changing jobs frequently offers workers a chance to move up to a better position(到更好的工作崗位). However, others take a totally different view that job-hopping is detrimental to one’s career development. For one thing, as the common saying goes,“a rolling stone gathers no moss.” (滾石不生苔)The more frequent you change your job, the less likely you are to be an expert in a particular area.(在某個特定的'領域) Secondly, this behavior will leave on the employers an impression of (給雇主留下印象)instability and immaturity(不穩(wěn)定和不成熟). It is no wonder that ,when interviewing a candidate, a employer will raise a question (提問) like“you’ve changed jobs quite frequently. How do we know you’ll stay if we hire you? ”

From my perspective, frequent job-hopping would not necessarily be a bad thing.(并非是件壞事) it may offer them a broader space for career development. When people join a company, the brand new working environment, new colleagues and new enterprise cultural atmosphere (企業(yè)文化氛圍) will definitely motivate their enthusiasm for (激發(fā)他們的工作熱情) the new job and thus, prompt their career to a new level.(讓職業(yè)生涯更上一個臺階) thus, I will try several posts before finding the one that is perfectly fit for me and after that I will remain in the post and spare no efforts to have it well done(竭盡全力將工作做好).

  Directions:

  On the Senior Empty Nests

For most senior students in universities, the last academic year has nothing to do with academics. To the frustration of professors, few courses are attended by students. And dorms are almost vacant with few lodgers. This kind of phenomenon, which has been called “Senior Empty Nests”, is common among universities of China.

Where have those absent senior students gone? Some lucky dogs have gone to their new jobs while the majority are still striving to get a job or engaging in their internship outside of the campus. The severe employment pressure has pushed senior students into employment market earlier. The anxiety of getting a job before graduation disturbs the restless mind of every student, which leads to skipping school of most students.

In my view, with senior students leaving campus earlier, their time of education has been reduced, which puts them in a disadvantaged position in the employment market. Students should start job hunting after finishing the courses of the last academic year. At the same time, the universities should provide career education for senior students.

Views on college students credit card consumptions

Views on college students credit card consumptions

Nowadays, it is becoming commonplace that many college students pay by credit card while shopping. And advanced consumptions has become a fashion among youngsters.

There are many pros and cons about credit card used by college students. Some people are in favor of the credit card consumptions, pointing out the fact that it is a more convenient and safe way compared with the traditional way of paying by cash, which is easy to lose and not environmentally friendly. While others argue that college students are too young to use credit card rationally. They are more likely to spend money recklessly without considering whether they have capability to return it on time. What’s worse, those who cannot control their desire to consume will end up involving in financial crisis and damaged personal credit.

From my point of view, though credit card indeed brings a lot of convenience to our life and changes the way of consumptions, we should always keep a sober mind and utilize it properly.

  Question:Advertisement

  Example:

Advertisement can be a service to people. First, it is informative, and can help people buy and sell goods. Second, it can widen people''s knowledge, and make people more experienced. Lastly, people can enjoy themselves through those programs which advertisements have been put into.

Some advertisements, however, are not very useful to people, sometimes even harmful. An advertisement like this, for example, may put thousands of women and girls into trouble. "Disillusioned with life, love, marriage? You need help. Phone me." And the Savior gives his phone number to his sheep.

In modern times, many advertisements are subjective rather than objective, persuasive rather than informative. The only purpose of these advertisements is to persuade people to buy their poorly made products. Therefore, it is wise for people to make sure the advertisements are telling the truth."
