This is a principle which must be upheld without any , I wish to report to you that my talks with the government have been aimed at normalizing the political situation in the country. We have not as yet begun discussing the basic demands of the struggle. I wish to stress that I myself have at no time entered into negotiations about the future of our country except to insist on a meeting between the ANC and the has gone further than any other Nationalist President in taking real steps to normalize the situation. We can no longer wait.
Now is the time to intensify the struggle on all fronts. To relax our efforts now would be a mistake which generations to come will not be able to role in a united democratic and nonracial South Africa is the only way to peace and racial harmony. In conclusion, I wish to quote my own words during my trial in 1964. They are as true today as they were then. I spoke: I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the ideal of a democratic and free society in which all persons live together in harmony and — and with equal opportunities. It is an ideal which I hope to live for and to achieve. But if needs be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die.

三年級英語學習最終需要達到怎樣的一個程度這是家長首先需要明確的
《新課程標準》要求：三年級學生對英語有好奇心，喜歡聽他人說英語，能根據(jù)教師的簡單指令做動作，做游戲，做事情（例如涂顏色，連線）能做簡單的角色表演，場簡單的英文歌曲，說簡單的英文歌謠，能在圖片的幫助下聽懂和讀懂簡單的小故事，能交流簡單的個人信息，表達簡單的感覺和情感。能模仿范例書寫詞句。在學習中樂于模仿，敢于表達，對應于具有一定的感知能力，對學習中接觸的外國文化習俗感興趣。
三年級主要培養(yǎng)學生聽、讀、寫的能力，但是由于大部分孩子剛接觸英語，在學習過程中難免會遇到這樣或那樣的問題，那么接下來我將從聽、讀寫這三個方面來說說家長在課下進行輔導需要注意的問題。
首先是聽。三年級聽力部分占總成績的50%，也就是50分，由此可見聽力的重要性。聽的要求是能聽懂句子中的關鍵信息，能選出正確的選項。那么課堂上的聽力訓練是遠遠不夠的，日常怎么訓練聽力呢？我的建議是每天聽讀半小時，最少也要15分鐘，每天都堅持聽。聽聽里的時候需要養(yǎng)成好的習慣，專心聽，不重復，不跟讀。平常我們在班里進行聽力訓練的時候，總會有學生不自覺的`跟讀，這樣導致第二遍再聽的時候跟不上。
第二，我們來說說讀�，F(xiàn)階段單詞要求會拼讀。什么叫拼讀，就是把這個組成這個單詞的每一個字母給讀出來。那，有的家長說了，到家了發(fā)現(xiàn)剛學的單詞句子孩子不會讀怎么辦，這個時候就需要利用教輔讓孩子去跟讀。每天學習過的內(nèi)容做到及時的鞏固、復習。心理學上有一個著名的理論叫艾賓浩斯遺忘規(guī)律，強調(diào)遺忘總是先快后慢，先多后少，到一定程度后便不再遺忘。這就強調(diào)了鞏固復習的重要性。孩子剛學，又沒有處在一個全英的環(huán)境下，所以家長完全沒有必要因為孩子不會讀而焦慮不安。
寫，三年級時書寫的關鍵期，書寫要求整潔、工整、不用改正液涂抹。字體是人的第二張臉面，重要性不用我再多說。這個年級階段的孩子英語容易和漢語拼音弄混。經(jīng)常不動腦子照抄書上的印刷體，印刷體和書寫體搞混。寫就需要把基礎打牢，學會靈活的轉(zhuǎn)換。

三年級英語，是小學英語學習中一個重要的起步階段。其實要學好英語，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要學生在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識，當然課上也會有少量的'時間鞏固新學的知識。但是這些時間是公共的時間，而不是每個學生私有的時間，所以不可能照顧到每個學生，不可能讓所有學生都達到相同的程度。況且每個學生對新知識的接受能力都是不同的，有的可能當堂就已經(jīng)有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分學生都只能是初步接觸了新知識，要真正接受新知識還要學生在課后多下功夫，不然肯定會和別的同學拉下差距。所以這也造成英語成績兩極分化十分嚴重，所以請家長一定要從現(xiàn)在起重視孩子的英語學習，不然到了五六年級補都來不及了。
英語是一門特殊的學科，光靠學校幾節(jié)課時間是遠遠不夠的。在學校老師會盡最大的努力進行教學，但課余時間還需要廣大家長大力配合。如：聽錄音、背誦要家長多督促;課本后的單詞表是最基礎的，新課之前我都要求孩子們回去先聽磁帶預習一下，以便于上課時能更好的，更快的掌握單詞真確讀音。有的學生做的很好，還有些學生沒預習。老師也不知道家長是否了解孩子在學校的英語學習情況，希望家長能關注一下。為了協(xié)助孩子更好地學好英語，請家長配合老師完成以下工作：
1、確保孩子每天至少邊聽錄音，邊跟讀課文15分鐘，要讀出聲音，最好家長在旁監(jiān)督，會更有效。
2、每天檢查孩子的回家作業(yè)是否完成，保證第二天能按時上交。在這里我懇請每位家長認真督促孩子完成老師每天布置的作業(yè)，尤其是一開始，三年級英語剛剛接觸書面作業(yè)，一定要嚴格要求他們的英語書寫，寫得不好的家長也可以要求他們重新做，檢查作業(yè)主要看他們書寫和格式以及上次老師的批改，注意檢查他們有沒有訂正，有時候，老師在學生的作業(yè)本上批了訂正，但是交上來的時候?qū)W生并沒有去訂正，希望各位家長能夠支持老師的工作，如果您有什么意見也可以寫在作業(yè)本上，便于及時溝通.
3、開學以來，很多學生忘記帶作業(yè)本，帶英語課本。課上只能和同桌共看一本書，結果是一堂課下來，老師講的知識沒有學到多少，和同桌的感情卻加深了不少。三年級不同與一、二年級了，我希望家長能夠每天按照課表提醒孩子收拾好書包，檢查好明天要帶的作業(yè)和課本，養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣。
