二、總結(jié)上學(xué)期學(xué)習(xí)情況和考試情況。
上學(xué)期末我們班的考試結(jié)果比較理想。絕大多數(shù)同學(xué)在這次考試中展示了自己的實力，更有很多同學(xué)較平時取得了明顯的進步。這和家長在家的監(jiān)督和指導(dǎo)是分不開的。正是有了家長們盡心盡力的幫助，才能在期末取得這么好的成績!
三、介紹教材
首先介紹一下教材，三年級英語，是小學(xué)英語學(xué)習(xí)中一個重要的起步階段。我相信現(xiàn)在很多家長都知道，小學(xué)里的英語教材和中學(xué)的英語教材完全是銜接的，而不是到了初中還會重新學(xué)習(xí)。如果現(xiàn)在的英語沒有學(xué)好，那相對來說，將來初中學(xué)起來就比較累，所以我們只有現(xiàn)在打好良好的基礎(chǔ)，才不會導(dǎo)致英語越學(xué)越難、越學(xué)越差。先說說本學(xué)期英語學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容：
1、26個字母大小寫，會說會寫，并且在書寫英文字母時會按正確的順序書寫;在初學(xué)英語的階段掌握好26個字母的聽說讀寫，這對孩子們今后所要接觸的大量詞匯的聽說讀寫很重要。
2、課本后的單詞表，每一個單詞都很重要。這就要同學(xué)們回家去復(fù)習(xí)，消化這些單詞。詞匯是三年級考試的重要內(nèi)容，一定要過關(guān)。
3、課文中的對話，日常交際用語。要求每個同學(xué)都會背，要求能熟練，流暢的讀出來，說出來。
4、聽力訓(xùn)練：在三年級試卷中聽力題的比重占三分之二。所以說每天的聽錄音跟讀任務(wù)還是不容忽視的。
其實要學(xué)好英語，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要學(xué)生在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識，當(dāng)然課上也會有少量的時間鞏固新學(xué)的知識。但是這些時間是公共的時間，而不是每個學(xué)生私有的時間，所以不可能照顧到每個學(xué)生，不可能讓所有學(xué)生都達(dá)到相同的程度。況且每個學(xué)生對新知識得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能當(dāng)堂就已經(jīng)有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分學(xué)生都只能是初步接觸了新知識，要真正接受新知識還要學(xué)生在課后多下功夫，不然肯定會和別的同學(xué)拉開差距。所以這也造成英語成績兩極分化十分嚴(yán)重，無論是每次的聽寫小測試還是剛剛結(jié)束的期中考試，有的同學(xué)會得100分的好成績，而有的同學(xué)只有七、八十分的成績。所以請家長一定要從現(xiàn)在起重視孩子的英語學(xué)習(xí)，抓緊孩子的英語學(xué)習(xí)，要是三年級就落下了，到了五六年級再補是來不及的。
英語是一門特殊的學(xué)科，它缺乏語言環(huán)境，光靠學(xué)校幾節(jié)課時間是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的。在學(xué)校老師會盡最大的努力進行教學(xué)，但課余時間還需要廣大家長大力配合。如：聽錄音、背誦要家長多督促;每課的單詞是基礎(chǔ)之基礎(chǔ)。這樣課堂上聽寫的時候，正確率才能高，所以我希望家長能夠真正了解孩子在學(xué)校的英語學(xué)習(xí)情況，希望家長能多關(guān)注一下。
怎樣幫助孩子學(xué)好英語呢?我們老師自然是最直接的知識傳授者，有著不可推卸的責(zé)任。在此，我只是真誠地呼吁我們的家長配合學(xué)校，配合老師，我們共同努力來幫助孩子學(xué)好英語。用一句時髦的話說：我們要和孩子共同成長。因此我們要重視學(xué)生良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)。
1、讓孩子多聽錄音
在少兒英語教學(xué)中，首先是加強聽力訓(xùn)練和說話訓(xùn)練，然后才是讀寫能力的培養(yǎng)。聽說能力差，用英語進行交際的能力也就差。因此要確保孩子每天聽錄音，跟讀課文要讀出聲音，最好家長在旁監(jiān)督，會更有效。有時學(xué)生可能會認(rèn)為我已會背了,不需聽磁帶了，這是很不好的習(xí)慣，畢竟聽磁帶對學(xué)生聽力能力的提高很有幫助。為此，家長一定要配合學(xué)校來要求孩子，要創(chuàng)造條件讓孩子多聽純正的錄音，聽幾遍、聽清楚了以后，跟著說，盡量讓孩子模仿錄音中的發(fā)音。
2、讓孩子大聲說英語
家長要每天詢問孩子學(xué)習(xí)英語的情況，不管當(dāng)天有無英語課。家長要鼓勵孩子每天大聲地朗讀、對話、問答，大聲說，不害羞，這樣有利于清楚地表達(dá)自己，也有利于他人糾正自己的錯誤。另外，還請各位家長在家里督促孩子保質(zhì)保量地完成英語作業(yè)，該讀的讀、該說的說、該寫的寫、該記的記，及時鞏固，養(yǎng)成良好的習(xí)慣。父母親的'良好榜樣起著很大作用。孩子一般還沒有明確的學(xué)習(xí)目的，這時，父母親對學(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度，特別是行為，會極大地影響孩子。千萬不能縱容自己的孩子第一次說：英語好難，我默不出來，就任由他去。你要讓你的孩子知道：今天，你花大量時間去養(yǎng)成好習(xí)慣，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懶了一會，你明天的作業(yè)就會更多。累積下來，你就是欠債最多的人。
3、要認(rèn)識英語單詞和句子。以前往往在考試過后，會有家長反應(yīng)說自己的孩子還能把課文和單詞都背出來，為什么還是沒有考好，那我就問他，你都認(rèn)識試卷上的單詞和句子嗎?他說不認(rèn)識。所以我建議各位家長，要求孩子在讀課文時，必須要看著書讀，手指頭一定要指著書上的句子或是單詞，就跟孩子剛讀一年級時認(rèn)中文字一樣，讀哪個手就要指哪個，畢竟考試的時候試卷上出現(xiàn)的英文多，而對應(yīng)的圖片少，所以在孩子認(rèn)讀單詞的時候，必須要孩子看英語單詞，而不是光看圖片，只有看得多了，就會認(rèn)識了。
4、每天檢查孩子的回家作業(yè)是否完成，保證第二天能按時上交。在這里我懇請每位家長認(rèn)真督促孩子完成老師每天布置的作業(yè)，尤其是一開始，三年級英語剛剛接觸書面作業(yè)，一定要嚴(yán)格要求他們的英語書寫，寫得不好的家長也可以要求他們重新做，過關(guān)了才給他們簽名;檢查作業(yè)主要看他們書寫和格式以及上次老師的批改，注意檢查他們有沒有訂正，有時候，老師在學(xué)生的作業(yè)本上批了訂正，但是交上來的時候?qū)W生并沒有去訂正，并且家長也在上面簽字了。我想，老師之所以讓家長在孩子的作業(yè)本上簽字，也是希望通過這個途徑讓家長們了解孩子每天的學(xué)習(xí)情況，希望各位家長能夠支持老師的工作，如果您有什么意見也可以寫在作業(yè)本上，便于及時溝通。
5、開學(xué)以來，有些學(xué)生忘記帶作業(yè)本，不帶英語課本的現(xiàn)象還是經(jīng)常發(fā)生，上課沒有書，只能和同桌共看一本書，結(jié)果是一堂課下來，老師講的知識沒有學(xué)到多少，和同桌的感情卻加深了不少，我希望家長能夠每天按照課表提醒孩子收拾好書包，檢查好明天要帶的作業(yè)和課本，養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。
六、結(jié)語。

This is a principle which must be upheld without any , I wish to report to you that my talks with the government have been aimed at normalizing the political situation in the country. We have not as yet begun discussing the basic demands of the struggle. I wish to stress that I myself have at no time entered into negotiations about the future of our country except to insist on a meeting between the ANC and the has gone further than any other Nationalist President in taking real steps to normalize the situation. However, there are further steps, as outlined in the Harare Declaration, that have to be met before negotiations on the basic demands of our people can begin. Negotiations cannot take place — Negotiations cannot take place above the heads or behind the backs of our people. It is our belief that the future of our country can only be determined by a body which is democratically elected on a nonracial basis. Negotiations on the dismantling of apartheid will have to address the overwhelming demands of our people for a democratic, nonracial and unitary South Africa. And this reality is that we are still suffering under the policies of the Nationalist , so that the process towards democracy is rapid and uninterrupted. We have waited too long for our freedom. We can no longer wait.
Now is the time to intensify the struggle on all fronts. To relax our efforts now would be a mistake which generations to come will not be able to role in a united democratic and nonracial South Africa is the only way to peace and racial harmony. In conclusion, I wish to quote my own words during my trial in 1964. They are as true today as they were then. I spoke: I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the ideal of a democratic and free society in which all persons live together in harmony and — and with equal opportunities. It is an ideal which I hope to live for and to achieve. But if needs be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die.
