One reason is that if we give up too easily, we will rarely achieve anything. 好的傾聽可以表示尊重,增進(jìn)理解,和改善人際關(guān)系。許多人認(rèn)為父母應(yīng)該多聽他們的孩子,所以他們會(huì)對(duì)它們有更好的理解,并且發(fā)現(xiàn)它容易縮小代溝,教師應(yīng)該多聽他們的學(xué)生,然后他們可以滿足他們的需求,并將自己與他們的學(xué)生在一個(gè)良好的關(guān)系,學(xué)生應(yīng)該多聽他們的同學(xué),因此他們會(huì)幫助和互相學(xué)習(xí),可能會(huì)形成和友誼�！�
我想強(qiáng)調(diào)的是我們每個(gè)人都應(yīng)該更多的傾聽他人。展示你的`尊重和從未停止其他人直到他們完成他們的談話,告訴你感興趣的一個(gè)支持性的沉默或一個(gè)會(huì)心的微笑,是開放的不同意見,即使你不喜歡他們�？傊�,良好的傾聽可以使我們更接近彼此�！�
