An individual human existence should be like a river—small at first,narrowly contained within its banks, and rushing passionately past boulders andover waterfalls. Gradually the river grows wider, the banks recede, the watersflow more quietly, and in the end, without any visible break, they become mergedin the sea, and painlessly lose their individual being.

人的生命應(yīng)當(dāng)像河流，開(kāi)始是涓涓細(xì)流，受兩岸的限制而十分狹窄，爾后奔騰咆哮，翻過(guò)危巖，飛越瀑布，河面漸漸開(kāi)闊，河岸也隨之向兩邊隱去，最后水流平緩，森森無(wú)際，匯入大海之中，個(gè)人就這樣毫無(wú)痛苦地消失了。

　　正如歌曲《我的未來(lái)不是夢(mèng)》所說(shuō)我喜歡這首歌。

　　每次唱這首歌都讓我充滿信心。我相信我們所有的夢(mèng)想都可以。

　　如果我們有勇氣去追求，夢(mèng)想就會(huì)實(shí)現(xiàn)。我年輕的時(shí)候，我父親總是問(wèn)我未來(lái)會(huì)怎樣。有時(shí)我發(fā)現(xiàn)很難給予某個(gè)回答。"我想當(dāng)醫(yī)生。""我想當(dāng)老師。"和"我我想成為一名科學(xué)家！"這些答案中有許多可能非常幼稚荒謬。但我從來(lái)不認(rèn)為他們離得很遠(yuǎn)。

　　時(shí)間過(guò)得真快！誰(shuí)能給自己的未來(lái)下一個(gè)定義？我知道顯然，那些高樓是建立在堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上的。作為學(xué)生，我應(yīng)該有一個(gè)合理的`目標(biāo)，努力學(xué)習(xí)。我的目標(biāo)是進(jìn)入最好的中學(xué)畢業(yè)后大學(xué)深造。我知道這很難，我會(huì)遇到許多困難和挫折。但是不管它們是什么，我會(huì)繼續(xù)努力，永不放棄。我的老師說(shuō)只有一個(gè)那種真正成功的人：那些勇于承擔(dān)的人帶著艱辛。即使我達(dá)不到目標(biāo)，我也不后悔我所做的。

when the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , butas long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope youmay die young at 80.

As we all know, "Failure is the mother of success." But few people canreally understand what the saying means. In the world, I am sure that no onedare say he hasn't met any trouble all his life. So we must face failure. Infact, failure is not fearful, but important thing is how to face it correctly.

Facing failure, people will never take their fate lying down.They will try theirbest to work harder and harder until at last they succeed.

Not being courageous to face setbacks, people have no chance to enjoy thepleasure of success. So they have nothing to do but feel sad and empty all dayand all night. In fact, they lose the chance of succethemselves.
