　　1、一分鐘談一項(xiàng)內(nèi)容

　　自我介紹的時(shí)間一般為3分鐘，在時(shí)間的分配上，第一分鐘可談?wù)剬W(xué)歷等個(gè)人基本情況，第二分鐘可談?wù)劰ぷ鹘?jīng)歷，對(duì)于應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生而言可談相關(guān)的社會(huì)實(shí)踐，第三分鐘可談對(duì)本專業(yè)的理想和對(duì)于本專業(yè)的看法。如果自我介紹要求在1分鐘內(nèi)完成，自我介紹就要有所側(cè)重，攻其一點(diǎn)，不及其余。

　　人力資源專家指出，自我介紹可以事前準(zhǔn)備，也可以事前找些朋友做練習(xí)，但自我介紹應(yīng)避免書面語言的嚴(yán)整與拘束，而應(yīng)使用靈活的口頭語進(jìn)行組織。切忌以背誦朗讀的口吻介紹自己，如果那樣的話，對(duì)導(dǎo)師來說，將是無法忍受的。自我介紹還要注意聲線，盡量讓聲調(diào)聽來流暢自然，充滿自信。

　　4、好的自我介紹包含要素

　　1)我是誰

　　自我介紹的第一步是要讓導(dǎo)師知道你是誰。個(gè)性化地介紹姓名有多種方式，你可以從名字的音、義、形或者從名字的來歷進(jìn)行演繹。但是發(fā)音一定要準(zhǔn)(南方考生要多加注意)。

　　例如：從名字的音：我叫邵飛，諧音少非，希望生活能少一點(diǎn)是是非非。

　　2)我想做什么

　　做過什么，代表著你的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和經(jīng)歷。你要說清楚確切的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、擔(dān)任的職務(wù)、工作內(nèi)容等，這樣讓導(dǎo)師覺得真實(shí)、可信。

　　想做什么，代表著你未來的理想。你應(yīng)該介紹自己對(duì)專業(yè)、行業(yè)的看法和理想，包括你的規(guī)劃。

　　3)避開介紹內(nèi)容的禁忌

　　忌諱主動(dòng)介紹個(gè)人愛好。忌諱使用過多的”我”字眼。忌諱頭重腳輕。忌諱介紹背景而不介紹自己。忌諱夸口。忌諱說謊。忌諱過于簡(jiǎn)單，沒有內(nèi)容。

　　考官要求你作自我介紹時(shí)，不要用…let me introduce myself briefly / please allow me to introduce myself to you等句子，重復(fù)、啰嗦。開頭可以只用一句話引入：Dear professors, I feel so glad to meet all of you here.然后就可以進(jìn)入主題，介紹姓名、年齡等等。

　　自我介紹可長(zhǎng)可短，關(guān)鍵在于你能否在有限的時(shí)間內(nèi)，突出重點(diǎn)表現(xiàn)自己。

　　5、如何能準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)精彩的自我介紹

　　1).了解所報(bào)專業(yè)，抓住專業(yè)中所需要的具體能力。在復(fù)試時(shí)，導(dǎo)師讓你自我介紹的時(shí)候充分發(fā)揮自己在專業(yè)上的能力。

　　2).你可以預(yù)先設(shè)想一下導(dǎo)師提的問題，之后再看看你的'簡(jiǎn)歷，從中找出五六個(gè)可以說明你優(yōu)點(diǎn)的詞。

　　3).回想一下你過去的成功經(jīng)歷，比如你在專業(yè)上有所突破性的經(jīng)歷。

　　4).對(duì)”自我介紹”這個(gè)問題，寫一份時(shí)長(zhǎng)為30秒的答案。答案中包括你的個(gè)人優(yōu)點(diǎn)以及個(gè)人的成功經(jīng)歷
