At this point, as a leader, what would you do to encourage constructive cooperation from both parties? If the two parties continue to disagree, what will you do then?

If I side with one camp, I will offer facts and data to explain to the other side my thougt process. If my opinion differs from both sides, I will also give facts and data to support my third-party opinion. If an agreement still cannot be reached, I will hold onto my opinion but also encourage more reserved colleagues to voice their opinions while continuing to provide more data to support a solution. In short, my principle is that everything should be based on data and facts. And every colleague has the right to express his or her opinion. I will always try my best to reach a common ground that all members of the debate are comfortable standing on. If we cannot find this common ground, then I will ultimately make the final decision, as a leader.

　　1、自我認識

　　想一矢中的，首先必須認清自我，一定要弄清以下三個問題。你現(xiàn)在是干什么的？你將來要干什么？你過去是干什么的？

　　這三個問題不是按時間順序從過去到現(xiàn)在再到將來，而是從現(xiàn)在到將來再到過去。其奧妙在于：如果你被雇用，雇主選中的是現(xiàn)在的你，他希望利用的是將來的你，而這將來又基于你的歷史和現(xiàn)狀。

　　所以，第一個問題，你是干什么的？現(xiàn)在是干什么的？回答這個問題，要點是：你是你自己，不是別的什么人。除非你把自己與別人區(qū)別開來，在共同點的基礎(chǔ)上更強調(diào)不同點，否則你絕無可能在眾多的應(yīng)征求職者中奪魁。對于這第一個問題，自我反省越深，自我鑒定就越成功。

　　隨后，著手回答第二個問題：你將來要干什么？如果你申請的是一份舉足輕重的工作，雇主肯定很關(guān)注你對未來的自我設(shè)計。你的回答要具體，合理，并符合你現(xiàn)在的身份，要有一個更別致的風(fēng)格。

　　好處眾多，但只有短短一分鐘，所以一切還是與該公司有關(guān)的好。如果是一間電腦軟件公司，應(yīng)說些電腦軟件的話題；如是一間金融財務(wù)公司，便可跟他說錢的事，總之投其所好。

　　如今的我，歷經(jīng)生活的考驗，比起我的競爭對手在年齡上我已不再有優(yōu)勢，但是我比他們更多了一份對孩子的愛心、耐心和責(zé)任心，更多了一份成熟和自信。教師這個職業(yè)是神圣而偉大的，他要求教師不僅要有豐富的知識，還要有高尚的情操。因此，在讀師范時，我就十分注重自身的全面發(fā)展，廣泛地培養(yǎng)自己的興趣愛好，并學(xué)有專長，做到除擅長繪畫和書法外，還能會唱、會說、會講。“學(xué)高僅能為師，身正方能為范”，在注重知識學(xué)習(xí)的同時我還注意培養(yǎng)自己高尚的道德情操，自覺遵紀守法，遵守社會公德，沒有不良嗜好和行為。我想這些都是一名教育工作者應(yīng)該具備的最起碼的素養(yǎng)。

　　假如，我通過了面試，成為眾多教師隊伍中的成員，我將不斷努力學(xué)習(xí)，努力工作，為家鄉(xiāng)的教育事業(yè)貢獻自己的力量，決不辜負“人類靈魂的工程師”這個光榮的稱號。
